10 punch pass

Ideally a punch pass is for out of town CrossFitters that are simply keeping their training on track while in town once in a while or perhaps work out of town for a week or two at a time and are CrossFitting while away as well.
One of the key elements of CrossFit is consistency. Consistent attendance as well as consistently proper mechanics. Once per month attendance makes it difficult to adequately learn the proper technique required for success in your training.
If you have purchased a ten visit punch pass do yourself a solid and use it!
